1. What kinds of fruit will I receive with my membership?
We feature only the finest, exotic and seasonal fruits every month. Previous selections have included hard-to-find varieties of nectarines, mangos, apples, pears, tangelos, plums, papayas, and kiwis.
2. Do you send a wide variety of fruits?
We generally feature two different varieties of gourmet fruit each month (based on seasonality and availability).
3. Are these the same fruits I see in my local supermarket?
No. We offer only the finest specialty fruits from world-renowned growers. While you will certainly recognize some of the fruits you receive, you’ll be impressed with the variety and freshness we deliver.
4. How large are your monthly shipments?
We don’t scrimp on the size! Each monthly delivery from the Fruit of the Month Club is a generous five pounds. That’s more than enough to share with your family, friends or co-workers (although you probably won’t want to)!
5. How are your fruits packaged?
All of our fruits are delivered in specialty packaging to ensure maximum freshness and safe delivery. You'll also receive our Fruit Lovers Newsletter with information regarding our monthly selections and discounted offers should you wish to re-order any of our gourmet fruits.
6. Can I choose the fruits that I'll receive?
Part of the fun of each monthly shipment is the excitement of experiencing our latest selections for the first time. So, while you cannot specify in advance what fruits you'll receive, rest assured that each monthly delivery is personally selected by our gourmet professionals for freshness, flavor and seasonal appeal.
7. What if I don't like one of the fruits? Do you offer a guarantee?
Your satisfaction is our business. If you're ever unhappy with our service, you can cancel your membership and receive a full refund for any unshipped merchandise. No questions asked and no additional costs!
8. How long are your memberships?
As long as you like! We offer 3, 6, and 12 month memberships and our Fruit of the Season Club with new selections each spring, summer, fall and winter. You can also join with a monthly renewable membership.
9. If I send a gift membership, do you include a message?
Of course. Once you’ve completed your purchase you’ll have the option of sending a gift announcement by U.S. mail or email. You can even print a gift message right from your computer.
10. How do you ship your products?
We ship all monthly gift clubs to arrive the last week of each month. All shipments are shipped by express delivery (FedEx, UPS, or DHL) and are delivered in protective packaging for safe arrival.
11. Can you ship to PO boxes, FPO or APO boxes?
No, we can only ship to residential and business addresses.
12. Can you ship outside the United States?
We apologize but due to the perishable nature of some of our items, we can only ship within the continental 48 United States.
13. How can I pay for my order?
