1. What kinds of lobster will I receive with my membership?
We feature only the finest, premium lobster tails every month. All of our lobsters are hand-selected and each is chosen for incredible tenderness and unbeatable flavor.

We feature premium, Maine lobster tails from the same waters supplying top-rated restaurants nationwide. Each of our lobster tails weighs a generous 6-7 ounces.
3. Are these the same lobsters I see in my local supermarket?
No. We offer only the finest, premium lobsters available anywhere. You won’t find lobster like this at your local market!
4. How are your lobsters packaged?
All of our lobsters are delivered fresh-frozen in specialty packaging with dry ice to ensure maximum freshness and safe delivery. You'll also receive our Lobster Lovers Newsletter with gourmet recipes and discounted offers should you wish to re-order our premium lobster tails.
5. What if I don't like one of the lobsters? Do you offer a guarantee?
Your satisfaction is our business. If you're ever unhappy with our service, you can cancel your membership and receive a full refund for any unshipped merchandise. No questions asked and no additional costs!
6. How long are your memberships?
As long as you like! We offer 3, 6, and 12 month memberships and our Lobster of the Season Club with new selections each spring, summer, fall and winter. You can also join with a monthly renewable membership.
7. If I send a gift membership, do you include a message?
Of course. Once you’ve completed your purchase you’ll have the option of sending a gift announcement by U.S. mail or email. You can even print a gift message right from your computer.
8. How do you ship your products?
We ship all monthly gift clubs to arrive the last week of each month. All shipments are shipped by express delivery (FedEx, UPS, or DHL) and are delivered in protective packaging for safe arrival.
9. Can you ship to PO boxes, FPO or APO boxes?
No, we can only ship to residential and business addresses.
10. Can you ship outside the United States?
We apologize but due to the perishable nature of some of our items, we can only ship within the continental 48 United States.
