1. Exactly what is included with this membership?
Each month we’ll send a Blockbuster gift card (good for one rental), three gourmet popcorns, two kettle corns, four movie-sized candies, and a gourmet popcorn seasoning - all delivered in an authentic, theater-style popcorn bucket. It’s a night at the movies without leaving your house!
2. Do you send different candies and popcorns each month?
Yes! Each month we feature new and different selections and you’ll never be bored.
3. How is your Movie Club packaged?
Our Movie Club arrives in a genuine, theater-style popcorn bucket and is shipped in specialty packaging to ensure fresh and safe delivery. You'll also receive our Movie Lovers Newsletter with fun movie facts and trivia.
4. Can I choose the candies and popcorns and that I'll receive?
Part of the fun of each monthly shipment is the excitement of experiencing our latest selections for the first time. So, while you cannot specify in advance what items you'll receive, rest assured that each monthly delivery is carefully selected for the ultimate movie experience.
5. What if I don't like one of the shipments? Do you offer a guarantee?
Your satisfaction is our business. If you're ever unhappy with our service, you can cancel your membership and receive a full refund for any unshipped merchandise. No questions asked and no additional costs!
6. How long are your memberships?
As long as you'd like! We offer 3, 6, and 12 month memberships and a seasonal membership with new deliveries each spring, summer, fall, and winter. You can also join with a monthly renewable membership.
7. If I send a gift membership, do you include a message?
Of course. Once you’ve completed your purchase you’ll have the option of sending a gift announcement by U.S. mail or email. You can even print a gift message right from your computer.
8. How do you ship your products?
We ship all monthly gift clubs to arrive the last week of each month. All shipments are sent by common carrier (FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS) and are shipped in protective packaging for safe arrival.
9. Can you ship to PO boxes, FPO or APO boxes?
No, we can only ship to residential and business addresses.
10. Can you ship outside the United States?
We apologize but due to the perishable nature of some of our gourmet items, we can only ship within the continental 48 United States.
