1. What kinds of pastas will I receive with my membership?
We offer only the finest, specialty pastas and gourmet sauces from award-winning chefs and restaurants in both Italy and the U.S. and, while we may include recipe suggestions for meat and seafood dishes, none of our gourmet sauces include a meat base so our club is 100% vegetarian friendly.
2. Do you send a wide variety of pastas and sauces?
Each monthly shipment includes one specialty pasta in an interesting and hard-to-find shape, one flavored pasta, one premium red sauce, and one specialty sauce selection (either a pesto, oriental, or flavored red sauce).
3. How large is each monthly selection?
Our pasta selections range from 12 to 20 ounces each and our gourmet sauces are delivered in large, 24 to 32 ounce jars. Each monthly delivery should provide approximately 8-10 servings (depending on appetite).
4. How are your pastas and sauces packaged?
All of our pastas and sauces are delivered in specialty packaging to prevent breakage and to ensure fresh and safe delivery. You'll also receive our Pasta Lovers Newsletter with information regarding our monthly selections, fast-and-easy recipe suggestions, and discounted offers should you wish to re-order one of our gourmet selections.
5. Can I choose the pastas and sauces that I'll receive?
Part of the fun of each monthly shipment is the excitement of experiencing our latest selections for the first time. So, while you cannot specify in advance what pastas and sauces you'll receive, rest assured that each monthly delivery is personally selected by our taste-testing professionals for freshness, flavor, and gourmet ingredients.
6. What if I don't like one of the selections? Do you offer a guarantee?
Your satisfaction is our business. If you're ever unhappy with our service, you can cancel your membership and receive a full refund for any unshipped merchandise. No questions asked and no additional costs!
7. How long are your memberships?
As long as you like! We offer 3, 6, and 12 month memberships and our Pasta of the Season Club with new selections each spring, summer, fall and winter. You can also join with a monthly renewable membership.
8. If I send a gift membership, do you include a message?
Of course. Once you’ve completed your purchase you’ll have the option of sending a gift announcement by U.S. mail or email. You can even print a gift message right from your computer.
9. How do you ship your products?
We ship all monthly gift clubs to arrive the last week of each month. All shipments are sent by common carrier (FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS) for 100% fresh delivery and are shipped in protective packaging for safe arrival.
10. Can you ship to PO boxes, FPO or APO boxes?
No, we can only ship to residential and business addresses.
11. Can you ship outside the United States?
We apologize but due to the perishable nature of some of our gourmet items, we can only ship within the continental 48 United States.
12. How can I pay for my order?
