Because so many of our gourmet items are perishable, we want your recipient to know exactly when to expect their deliveries. Our shipping schedule is easy to understand: Our deliveries will always arrive the last week of every month.
When you place your order, you'll have several options for sending a gift announcement. Your gift announcement is delivered separately and it's the first thing your recipient receives. It contains your personal message, information about their gift membership, and their delivery schedule. You can choose to have your gift announcement delivered by email or U.S. mail. You can even print a gift announcement using your computer and printer (a great solution for that last-minute gift).
We'll also ask you what month we should begin shipping your gift. If you're shopping during the first half of the month, you'll generally be able to start deliveries the same month. If you're shopping during the last half of the month, your deliveries will generally start the following month. But remember, even if your shipments start the following month, you can still have your gift announcement delivered as early as today. That way your recipient will be notified of their gift membership and receive your personal message right on time

Be careful because you can't choose your own cheesecakes. The company sends a different flavor every month and everyone gets the same thing. They send you an email every month telling you the flavor and you can click a button and skip that month if you don't like it but if you miss the email or forget to skip a month there's nothing you can so and they won't let you return the cheesecake because it's "food".

You're also right that we have system in place allowing our members to skip any monthly deliveries they're not interested in and we're sorry if that hasn't been effective for you. My family bought my mother a CHEESECAKE of the MONTH CLUB package for her birthday. She LOVED everyone that was delivered month over month!! As she would call me to tell me HOW GOOD the one was she JUST GOT, she would quickly come back to WONDER WHAT THE NEXT ONE WILL BE!!
Great cheesecake. No complaints at all. But have you ever tried to eat a cheesecake all by yourself? I promise you, you'll be sorry you tried by your last bite. Get some help.
My first 2 shipments arrived right on time. But the third shipment hasn't arrived yet and it's over due. The tracking says "delivered" but it's not here. Am I going to get my cheesecake at all?
