Our Delivery Schedule

Because so many of our gourmet items are perishable, we want your recipient to know exactly when to expect their deliveries. Our shipping schedule is easy to understand: Our deliveries will always arrive the last week of every month.

Gift Announcements

When you place your order, you'll have several options for sending a gift announcement. Your gift announcement is delivered separately and it's the first thing your recipient receives. It contains your personal message, information about their gift membership, and their delivery schedule. You can choose to have your gift announcement delivered by email or U.S. mail. You can even print a gift announcement using your computer and printer (a great solution for that last-minute gift).

When Should We Start Shipping?

We'll also ask you what month we should begin shipping your gift. If you're shopping during the first half of the month, you'll generally be able to start deliveries the same month. If you're shopping during the last half of the month, your deliveries will generally start the following month. But remember, even if your shipments start the following month, you can still have your gift announcement delivered as early as today. That way your recipient will be notified of their gift membership and receive your personal message right on time

Do you send a wide variety of marshmallows?

Yes! Each month we'll send two new and delicious, varieties of gourmet marshmallows delivered perfecty-fresh and we never repeat any of our monthly selections during any 12-month period.

How large are your monthly deliveries?

We deliver extra-large, dessert-sized marshmallows and each monthly delivery weighs more than half a pound. That's more than enough to share (although you might not want to)!

How are your marshmallows packaged?

All of our marshmallows are delivered in specially-designed packaging to prevent damage and to ensure fresh and safe delivery. You'll also receive our Marshmallow Lover's Newsletter with information about our monthly selections, fun marshmallow facts, serving suggestions and more!

Can I choose the marshmallows that I'll receive?

Part of the fun of each monthly delivery is the surprise of experiencing our latest selections for the first time. So, while you can't specify in advance what cookies you'll receive, rest assured that each monthly delivery is sent to you only after having passed the highest standards of our taste-testing professionals.

What if I don't like one of the selections? Do you offer a guarantee?

Your satisfaction is our business. If you're ever unhappy with our service, you can cancel your membership and receive a full refund for any unshipped merchandise. No questions asked and no additional costs!

How long are your memberships?

As long as you like! We offer 3, 6, and 12 month memberships, a Marshmallow of the Season Club with new selections each spring, summer, fall and winter, and monthly renewable memberships that keep shipping until you cancel. We also offer both monthly and every-other-month shipping so you can build the perfect gift that fits your schedule and your budget.

If I send a gift membership, do you include a message?

Of course. When placing your order you'll have the option of sending a gift announcement by U.S. mail or email. You can even print a gift announcement right from your computer for the ultimate last-minute gift.

How do you ship your products?

We ship all monthly gift clubs to arrive the last week of each month. All shipments are sent by common carrier (FedEx, UPS or USPS) and are delivered in protective packaging for safe arrival.

Can you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

We apologize but we're unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Shipping is only available to residential and business addresses in the 50 United States.

Do your deliveries require a signature?

No. Shipments of our marshmallow club do not require a signature upon delivery.

Can you ship outside the United States?

We apologize but due to the perishable and delicate nature of some of our gourmet items, we can only ship within the United States. If you're shopping for delivery to Canada, please visit our Canadian website at AmazingClubs.ca.

How can I pay for my order?
