I had an issue with one of my deliveries and I can to call in to the 800 #. The young man I spoke with, David, was very helpful and solved my problem immediately. He then followed up with an email confirming our conversation and making sure I knew he was available if I needed anything else. Oh, did I forget to mention that this was on a Sunday and at 9pm at night? Now that is the definition of awesome customer service!
Just got the second shipment and the pickles are awesome. I especially liked the garlic dill pickles. Probably my favorite pickles ever. The club also comes with a newsletter that tells you about the monthly selections. Very fun gift.

Because so many of our gourmet items are perishable, we want your recipient to know exactly when to expect their deliveries. Our shipping schedule is easy to understand: Our deliveries will always arrive the last week of every month.
When you place your order, you'll have several options for sending a gift announcement. Your gift announcement is delivered separately and it's the first thing your recipient receives. It contains your personal message, information about their gift membership, and their delivery schedule. You can choose to have your gift announcement delivered by email or U.S. mail. You can even print a gift announcement using your computer and printer (a great solution for that last-minute gift).
We'll also ask you what month we should begin shipping your gift. If you're shopping during the first half of the month, you'll generally be able to start deliveries the same month. If you're shopping during the last half of the month, your deliveries will generally start the following month. But remember, even if your shipments start the following month, you can still have your gift announcement delivered as early as today. That way your recipient will be notified of their gift membership and receive your personal message right on time

This was a gift from my in-laws and I've received 2 deliveries so far. The jars are very pretty and I'm sure they're quality pickles. Problem is, I don't really like pickles and I have no idea why they chose this gift for me. 4 months to go so I'd better find someone to share these with!

This has been a great gift so far and my family has really enjoyed it. These are not the same pickles you can buy in your local supermarket. All of them are from small, regional companies and all very gourmet (organic, all natural, etc.). Just a really fun gift and also something you can share.
This is my third year in a row receiving a gift from Amazing Clubs from my employer and this is my favorite so far. You won't believe the pickles that you receive and some are so pretty you might want to just display them instead of eating them but please don't do that. They're delicious!
