How It Works

Our Delivery Schedule

Because so many of our gourmet items are perishable, we want your recipient to know exactly when to expect their deliveries. Our shipping schedule is easy to understand: We ship all of our monthly deliveries the last week of every month.

Gift Announcements

When you place your order, you'll have several options for sending a gift announcement. Your gift announcement is delivered separately and it's the first thing your recipient receives. It contains your personal message, information about their gift membership, and their delivery schedule. You can choose to have your gift announcement delivered by email or U.S. mail. You can even print a gift announcement using your computer and printer (a great solution for that last-minute gift).

When Should We Start Shipping?

We'll also ask you what month we should begin shipping your gift. If you're shopping during the first half of the month, you'll generally be able to start deliveries the same month. If you're shopping during the last half of the month, your deliveries will generally start the following month. But remember, even if your shipments start the following month, you can still have your gift announcement delivered as early as today. That way your recipient will be notified of their gift membership and receive your personal message right on time

What kinds of wine and cheese will I receive with my membership?

We feature only premium, hard to find wines from boutique wineries around the world accompanied by artisanal, farmhouse cheeses. Previous selections have included wines and cheese from France, Italy, Australia, New Zealand, Chile, Portugal, Spain, Argentina, Denmark, Germany, South Africa, Napa Valley and more. All of our wines and cheeses are selected by our panel of gourmet experts for their quality and exclusivity and many of our featured selections have been awarded the highest honors at international tasting competitions.

Do you send a wide variety of wines and cheeses?

Yes! Each month you'll receive brand new selections of premium wine and gourmet cheeses guaranteed to please even the most serious of connoisseurs. Our wine and cheese club memberships are available with all red wine, all white wine, or a red and white wine.

Are these full size bottles of wine?

Yes. Our wine club features only standard, full-sized, 750 ml bottles of wine.

How large are your cheese selections?

Each monthly delivery includes three different, 1/2 pound selections of premium cheeses.

How is your winee and cheese packaged?

All of our wines and cheese are delivered in specially-designed packaging to prevent breakage or spoilage and to ensure safe delivery. You'll also receive our Wine and Cheese Lovers Newsletter featuring producer profiles, tasting notes, histories of our featured wines and cheeses, and more!

Can I choose the wines and cheeses that I'll receive?

Part of the fun of each monthly delivery is the surprise of experiencing our latest selections for the first time. So, while you can't specify in advance what wines or cheeses you'll receive, rest assured that each monthly delivery is sent to you only after having passed the highest standards of our taste-testing professionals.

What if I don't like one of the selections?

We guarantee that you'll only receive selections that you want. How can we do that? We'll send you an email every month with our current selections. If you'd like to skip that month - for any reason - and wait until the next month, all you have to do is click a link in your email.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Your satisfaction is our business. If you're ever unhappy with our service, you can cancel your membership and receive a full refund for any unshipped merchandise. No questions asked and no additional costs!

How long are your memberships?

As long as you like! We offer 3, 6, and 12 month memberships, a Wine and Cheese of the Season Club with new selections each spring, summer, fall and winter, and monthly renewable memberships that keep shipping until you cancel. We also offer both monthly and every-other-month shipping so you can build the perfect gift that fits your schedule and your budget.

If I send a gift membership, do you include a message?

Of course. When placing your order you'll have the option of sending a gift announcement by U.S. mail or email. You can even print a gift announcement right from your computer for the ultimate last-minute gift.

How do you ship your products?

All shipments are sent by common carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS or local carriers) and are delivered in protective packaging for safe arrival.

When will my order arrive?

Our shipping schedule is easy to understand: We ship all of our monthly deliveries the last week of every month. But remember, your gift announcement can be sent as early as today and includes your personal message, information about their gift membership, and their delivery schedule.

Please note that orders placed after the 15th day of the month for same month delivery may see their initial shipment delayed for 1-5 days beyond our standard shipping schedule. While we try to insure delivery of all orders during the last week of every shipping month, orders placed after the 15th may see their initial shipment delivered the first week of the following month.

Do members of the Wine and Cheese of the Month Club have to be 21?

Yes! Membership in the Wine and Cheese of the Month club is restricted to those 21 years of age or older. Please be prepared to show I.D. upon delivery.

What if I'm out of town? Can I skip a month?

Absolutely! Every month we'll send you an email with our current selections. Skipping that month is as easy as clicking a button. You can also call us at 1-800-507-4660 and we can rearrange your shipping schedule however you'd like.

Can you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

We apologize but we're unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Shipping is only avalaible to residential and business addresses in the 50 United States.

Can you ship outside the United States?

We apologize but due to the perishable and delicate nature of some of our gourmet items, we can only ship within the United States. If you're shopping for delivery to Canada, please visit our Canadian website at AmazingClubs.ca.

How can I pay for my order?
